Declaring the opening of its first flagship mixed-use property in Africa, the Dubai Investments Park (DIP) Angola, signifies Dubai Investments' major breakthrough into the continent's markets.

The inventive 2,000-hectare DIP Angola is a singular integrated mixed-use residential, commercial, and industrial hub located in Angola, Africa. Its planning and design are intended to showcase Dubai Investment's proficiency in creating incredibly prosperous mixed-use projects.

The project site includes two kilometers of sandy beach and three kilometers of stunning coastline, providing a blank canvas for creative master planning. The topography of the region makes it possible to integrate residential, commercial, and industrial areas seamlessly while maintaining the area's natural beauty.

The development's goal is to become a center for industry and tourism, adhering to the Angolan Ministry of Environment's (MINAMB) principles of sustainable development.

As the Group moves forward with the foundation of DIP Angola, Dubai Investments will build the infrastructure and lease land to investors and developers to create a unified mixed-use complex.
